Eversci (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”) provides an online platform for education, consulting and coaching of the sciences.
In this Refund Policy any reference to Eversci (Pty) Ltd includes any of the entities as listed below:

This Refund Policy may be updated/amended by Eversci (Pty) Ltd at its own discretion. This policy does not apply to any consulting or coaching items once work has begun on the project.
Eversci (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for a passing result. All responsibility of a passing or failing result of a degree, paper and/or course lies with the researcher/client themselves.
Return/Cancellation Regarding Course(s)
Eversci (Pty) Ltd is willing to refund/credit your account for any course within 30 days of purchased, provided that evidence is shared that the course was attempted. No refund or credit will be done after the 30-day period. However, if the course purchased was removed for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond the 30-day period.
At our discretion, if Eversci (Pty) Ltd believes that you are abusing the refund policy, such as but not limited to consuming a large portion of the content and then requesting a refund or the course had previously been refunded, we reserve the right to deny the refund/credit, restrict use of our site and services, ban/remove your account and/or deny any future refund requests.
Cancellation Regarding Membership
One months’ (30 days) notice is required with cancellation of memberships.
